- Room rates, surcharges, service fees (if any)

- Maximum number of guests - standards - safety regulations

- Tour schedule, check-in/out time clearly

- Rules for using the swimming pool, BBQ area, living room, kitchen, garden

All information is continuously updated to ensure that customers do not encounter any discrepancies or misunderstandings when using the service.

We absolutely do not share, sell or disclose customers' personal information to third parties. The data is encrypted and stored according to technology security standards.

Customer information is used for the following purposes:

2.4. Responsibility to accompany customers

When customers encounter problems during the trip:

- Villa technical problems

- Transportation problems

- Request additional support

- Need guidance on sightseeing and dining locations

- Need support for large groups or those with small children

TrippyGo always accompanies from the time of booking to the end of the trip, handling the situation immediately and not making customers wait.

3. Terms of service at TrippyGo

3.1. Booking – confirmation – payment process

To ensure transparency, customers will go through 3 steps:

Step 1: Choose villa / service → Receive detailed quote
Step 2: Confirm date – number of guests – additional utilities
Step 3: Deposit to hold room (30–50% depending on service)

After successful deposit, customers receive:

- Booking code

- Electronic invoice (if required)

- Villa information and rules

3.2. Cancellation policy

TrippyGo always prioritizes supporting customers in objective cases such as bad weather, force majeure conditions with prior notice. Therefore, we flexibly support:

- Change the date of stay (depending on room availability)

- Transfer booking to friends/relatives to avoid losing deposit

TrippyGo always strives to bring the best experience and ensure maximum benefits for customers.

3.3. Villa usage regulations

To keep the space clean and safe, guests should note:

- Do not bring flammable materials

- Do not make excessive noise after 10pm

- Do not trespass on common property or bring things back

- Keep the kitchen, swimming pool, and bedroom clean

- Report immediately if there is damage for timely handling

TrippyGo always supports guests to the maximum but also requires cooperation to maintain the quality of the villa.

4. Incident handling policy during stay

4.1. Technical problems

Such as: air conditioning, hot water, sound, lights, door locks...

TrippyGo:

- There is a technical team on duty in the area

- Commit to fixing within 15-30 minutes

4.2. Unforeseen incidents

Including: bad weather, sudden illness, natural disasters...

TrippyGo will:

- Support changing dates

- Work flexibly with villa owners

- Support transportation in emergency cases

4.3. Responsibilities of the customer

Customers must ensure:

- Provide correct information on the number of people

- Comply with the rules

- Ensure that children/older people have someone to look after them

TrippyGo is not responsible for incidents caused by guests violating the villa rules or local laws.

Prices are committed to no hidden fees, absolutely no additional fees outside the agreement.

5.2. Special offers for each group of guests

- Family guests: 5-10% discount

- Businesses / team building: decoration support package, BBQ party

- International guests: remote check-in support & bilingual guide

- Returning guests: additional 5% discount
